I committed to you in 2018 that I would communicate openly and often about items that will impact our community.
Below is a letter I received from the Transportation and Infrastructure Deputy Minister for the Province of Manitoba regarding the Oak Forest Crescent and Augier Avenue access points at the Perimeter will be permanently closed. The Oak Forest Crescent access closure will be completed in Fall 2022.
We discussed these access points at my Town Halls over the last couple of years and their pending closures. I realize there may be questions. For example, how will this impact additional development? Also, how do we address concerns with RM traffic (trucks)?
